Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains how subscriptions to WhatZap are billed, cancelled, and refunded. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to the terms below.
Free trial
New accounts include a free trial with full access and no payment required. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe, your workspace simply pauses when the trial ends — you are never billed automatically for the trial.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as a one-time charge for a fixed subscription period (currently 30 days per purchase). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta, where applicable, are separate and billed at cost.
Cancellation
You may stop using the service at any time. Because each purchase covers a fixed period, cancelling simply means you do not buy the next period — your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan period has begun, as access to the platform is provided immediately.
- If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or were unable to access the service due to a fault on our side, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
How to request a refund
Email billing@whatzap.chat from your registered account email with your business name and the payment reference. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
This policy is provided for setup and should be reviewed to match your actual commercial terms and local consumer-protection laws before accepting live payments.
